Q: Are your products Halaal certified?
A: Yes! We are proudly SANHA Halaal Certified, so you can enjoy our rusks with complete peace of mind.
Q: Are your products food-safe?
A: Absolutely. We take quality and safety very seriously. Our facility is ISO 22000 accredited, which is a global standard for food safety management systems. We also use only the finest, proudly South African ingredients.
Q: What allergens are in your products?
A: Our rusks are made in a facility that handles wheat (gluten), nuts, dairy, and eggs. Please check the ingredients list on each product page and packaging for specific allergen information.
Q: Do you have a physical store I can visit?
A: We are a production facility and do not have a public retail storefront. All our direct-to-consumer orders are handled online and shipped directly to you for maximum convenience.

Q: How do I order for my home?
A: It's simple! Just browse the products on our website, add your favourites to your cart, and check out securely. We'll deliver your order right to your doorstep.
Q: I'm a retailer. How do I place a wholesale order?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Secure EFT, Credit & Debit Cards (via PayFast) for all online orders.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at fruit@vrugtman.co.za. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
